In Silver Spring, Maryland, All Set Restaurant & Bar, located at 8630 Fenton Street, Plaza 5, 20910, will offer a menu that takes inspiration from time spent in coastal New England this Restaurant Week. Prepared by Executive Chef Edward Reavis, the lunch menu begins with a choice of appetizers such as Charred Baby Wedge Salad with iceberg, heirloom cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon and crispy shallots; Spinach Artichoke Dip with parmesan, cream cheese and Tabasco, served with a toasted baguette, and the Clams Casino with chorizo, cayenne and herb bread crumbs. EntrĂ©es are just as enticing and include Black & Blue Burger with grilled onions, blue cheese sauce and arugula, served on a brioche bun with house-cut fries; Salmon Cake Niçoise with mixed greens, string beans, olives, soft boiled egg, rosemary potatoes, pickled red onion and a Champagne vinaigrette, and the Basil Pesto Primavera with garden vegetables, penne pasta and parmesan. For a sweet ending, guests can opt for the Trio of Artisanal Sorbet; Cookie Sandwich, house-made chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream, or the Banana Crème BrĂ»lĂ©e, vanilla crème brĂ»lĂ©e with caramelized bananas and summer berries. For dinner, guests can enjoy a similar variety of appetizer options available during lunch service followed by standout entrĂ©es choices such as Sesame Tuna with quinoa kale salad and ginger-soy dressing; Hanger Steak with broccoli rabe, potatoes au gratin and blue cheese demi-glace, and the Basil Pesto Primavera with garden vegetables, penne pasta and parmesan. Dessert options are the same as lunch service. All Set’s Restaurant Week menu is priced at $22 for lunch and $35 for dinner.

For brunch, guests can enjoy a three-course menu priced at $22 per person (tax and gratuity not included). The menu begins with a choice of Seasonal Fruit Cup; Sugar Bombs with nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar, or Cheddar Biscuit with aged white cheddar, sea salt and macerated berries, followed by a choice of tempting entrées such as the Black & Blue Burger with grilled onions, blue cheese sauce and arugula, served on a brioche bun with house-cut fries; Chicken & Waffles, fried chicken, served on a cornmeal-chive waffle with honey butter, and the Salmon Cake Benedict with poached eggs, Old Bay hollandaise, served on an English muffin with red pepper & onion home fries.
