BROOKLAND: 'Distiller Dinners' at Brookland's Finest - Every Tuesday in September
Brookland’s Finest’s Chef Shannan Troncoso is introducing a new “Distiller Dinner” collaboration menu in partnership with Republic Restoratives Distillery for the month of September.
The 3-course prix fixe menu will change weekly and includes chef’s choice of an appetizer, entrée and dessert for $35. Each course will be complemented by a specialty cocktail, created by Brookland’s Finest bartender Jolm Adams, featuring Republic Restoratives’ CIVIC vodka.
The menu for the first dinner, which will be held tonight, Tuesday, September 6 (and held every Tuesday this month),is below, and includes an appetizer course of local cured meats and cheeses with a honeydew-jalapeno CIVIC Collins; an entrée of stuffed Wild Maine Lobster with shrimp, leeks, polenta, broccoli rabe and a citrus beurre blanc served alongside a pomegranate-peppercorn woodthrush (pomegranate-peppercorn infused vodka with lime juice and simple syrup over crushed ice); and finally, a lemon crème brûlée accompanied by a pumpkin martini. The distiller collaboration dinners will take place every Tuesday through September and will be available in addition to the restaurant’s regular a la carte menu.

Open for Lunch and Dinner, Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 1:30 AM, Fridays from 11 AM to 2:30 AM, Saturdays from 10 AM to 2:30 AM and Sundays from 10 AM to 1:30 AM.
The Late Night menu is available 10:30 PM to 1:30 AM weekdays, and 11:30 PM to 2:30 AM on weekends.
Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 3 PM. Brookland¹s Finest does not take reservations.
