Priced at $170 per person, with the option of wine pairings from Sommelier Ryan Jones for an additional $75 per person, this extravagant 8-course dinner - with seatings available between 5:00PM - 8:30PM - will serve as the perfect way to kick-off winter, prepare to bid farewell to 2016, and welcome 2017.
Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel, Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart, and team will be sharing a decadent 8-course tasting menu lavished with luxurious ingredients and seasonal touches such as a Truffle Gouger with whipped robiola fresca, and shaved black truffle, Sea Scallop In a Shell with Alaskan king crab, and creamy Savoy cabbage, and a Provençal Black Truffle, Steamed Wild Bronzino with salsify crisp & black truffle purée, just to highlight a few savory dishes.
