CITYCENTERDC: Holiday Desserts & Gifts at RareSweets - Time to Order!!

 

Ahead of the holidays, RareSweets in CityCenter will offer a menu of winter celebration cakes for pre-order including classic cakes and seasonal flavors, as well as a selection of “take & bake” options to prepare at home. Seasonal cakes will highlight traditional holiday flavors, such as eggnog and vanilla bean; gingerbread lemon; pumpkin with bourbon filling and cocoa buttercream; and chocolate peppermint. The bake at home options will also showcase holiday flavors with items like Bartlett pear & cardamom coffee cake and bourbon & chocolate brioche bread pudding. RareSweets chef/owner Meredith Tomason will also offer a variety of holiday gifts for in-store purchase including a hot cocoa and marshmallow kit; a coconut macaroon gift set; and a snowflake cookie gift set. Cakes for Christmas and New Year’s will be available for pre-order through December 18 by 5:00 p.m. and can be placed by calling 202-499-0077

The store will be closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
