DUPONT: There's a Great Lakes Beer Dinner at The Riggsby - Dec 1
On Thursday, December 1, Michael Schlow’s The Riggsby will host a four-course beer dinner in collaboration with Great Lakes Brewing Company. The dinner menu designed by Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Waybright includes a first course of glazed carrots and hazelnut puree, a second course of arugula with fried oysters and beef remoulade, followed by roast poussin with butternut squash, and finished with a gelato float for dessert. Each course will be complemented by a beer from Great Lakes, including the Dortmunder Gold, Burning River, Christmas Ale and Edmund Fitzgerald. Two representatives from the brewery will also be present at the dinner to discuss the selections.
The dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. and tickets, found here, can be purchased for $95 per guest, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Please see below for the full menu;
