McLean’s first new residential development in more than a decade has officially unveiled its model unit. The Signet, a luxury condominium property at 6900 Fleetwood Road, will offer 123 residences with more than 75 floor plans, featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom + den homes. The residences vary in size from 950 square feet to over 2,800 square feet, and many will feature oversized terraces or balconies. Prices range from $800,000 to $2 million.
