WASHINGTON DC: June Flavors at Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken

Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken’s seasonal doughnut flavors for June will launch on Wednesday, June 7, featuring a return of the popular Birthday Cake Doughnut as well as two new additions: a Blueberry Thyme doughnut and a Root Beer Float doughnut. Details include:

• Birthday Cake Doughnut ($3.10): dark chocolate cake doughnut, vanilla glaze, vanilla buttercream, multi-color sprinkles;
  
• Blueberry Lemon Thyme ($3.10): blueberry lemon thyme glaze, fresh blueberry garnish;
  
• Root Beer Float (square) ($3.10): root beer glaze, dark root beer glaze drizzle, vanilla bean pastry cream filling *made with Boylan’s root beer.
  

June’s flavors will be available in the Downtown DC and Falls Church stores, as well as on the Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken food truck.
