DUPONT: J Street Companies Acquires Dupont Circle Site for Development of Nine Unit Condominium - The Pacifica
The J Street Companies announces the acquisition of 2122-2128 N Street, NW and will be developing The Pacifica — a new, nine-unit, luxury condominium community on this quiet, one-way street two blocks from Dupont Circle.
The contractor is McCullough Construction who has significant experience in the construction of high end residential projects including the 1055 High residences in Georgetown. The Pacifica is expected to deliver in early 2019.
