MVT: TICO Fiesta Class + SRG Chef Series Takeover at Alta Strada - Starts October 8
Building off the success of its pasta, pizza, and pie making classes, Schlow Restaurant Group’s chefs are taking over the Alta Strada City Vista space to offer their respective culinary specialties to a wider range of guests.
Up first is How to Throw a Tico Fiesta lead by Tico’s Chef de Cuisine, Rodrigo Perez, on October 8th at 2pm. Guests will learn everything from how to prepare ceviche to the secrets to making authentic tacos, roasted meats and all the accompaniments, from guacamole to margaritas. Seating is limited and the $60 ticket includes the educational demo and a meal. These classes lend themselves to date nights, girls’ night out, or for anyone looking to brush up on their cooking and party throwing skills.
Over the next several months, more classes will be available on preparing a great Thanksgiving meal by Chef Jay Caputo of The Riggsby, and juggling the courses for feast of fishes by Chef Dylyn Coolidge of Casolare.
