Espita Mezcaleria has also unveiled four new mezcal flights, priced from $25 to $35. Each flight comes with three one-ounce pours of mezcal, served with orange slices and Sal de Gusano.
- Mezcales de la Casa: From the same Master Mezcaleros behind El Buho in Oaxaca, Espadin, Cuixe and Tepexate.
- Rums of Mezcal: Offers flavors of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and butterscotch, Siete Misterios Doba-Yej, Alipus San Juan and Mezcalero Special Bottling No. 2.
- Bat Friendly: Bats are a major contributor to the preservation of the rich heritage of agave distillation. Help the Tequila Interchange Project support bat-friendly mezcals that also taste amazing with Siembra Spirits Cenizo, Siembra Spirits Cupreata and Con Mateo Alto.
- Pechuga: These three bottles stir up senses reminiscent of fall, of family, and all things we hold most deer, lamb and turkey, Don Mateo Pechuga, El Jolgorio Pechuga and Mayalen Pechuga.
