BROOKLAND: Cotton & Reed Distiller Dinners at Brookland's Finest - Every Tuesday in March
For the month of March, Brookland’s Finest will partner with local rum distillery Cotton & Reed for the restaurant’s monthly distiller dinner series. Every Tuesday of the month, Brookland’s Finest will feature a three course prix fixe menu, complete with cocktail pairings featuring Cotton & Reed spirits.
The first dinner of the month will take place Tuesday, March 7 and each week’s dinner features a variety of dishes such as Caribbean coconut stew, seafood paella, and fried chicken paired with drinks like peppercorn punch and a ginger daiquiri. The second week’s dinner will pay homage to St. Patrick’s Day with items like Irish spring rolls and bangers and mash, and an Irish Daiquiri.
