RESTON: Red’s Table Will Host A Mustang Sally Brewing Company Beer Dinner on Wednesday, April 5th
On Wednesday, April 5th, 2017, Red’s Table will host a beer dinner featuring craft brews from Mustang Sally Brewing Company,
the largest brewing facility located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Mustang Sally Brewing Co. is dedicated to the science of brewing and
the art of beer, which stems from their deep respect for European
brewing tradition. Guests of the evening will have the pleasure of
enjoying a four-course dinner, prepared by Executive Chef Adam Stein,
paired with four of Mustang Sally Brewing Company's finest craft brews.
Beers featured for the evening include: Mustang Sally IPA, an East Coast India Pale Ale with firm bitterness and affirmative floral hop aromas; Amber Lager, a medium-bodied Vienna-style lager with lightly toasted malt flavor; Bock Bier, a full-bodied bock, brewed with Perle and Saaz hops then fermented with lager yeasts, as well as the Tart Imperial Stout, a sour character compliments the imperial stout base to develop a complex and indulgent depth of flavor.
The complete menu with beer pairings is posted below. The cost of the dinner is $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Fairfax County, Virginia's Mustang Sally Brewing Company began more than 25 years
ago, with an idea, love, and appreciation for beer. Founder Sean Hunt
first started to realize this simple reality while living in Stuttgart,
Germany during his last two years of high school. A couple of years of
riding the Strassenbahn to the Cannstatter Volksfest and the Stuttgarter
Fruhlingsfest instilled in Sean a deep and lasting appreciation for
good friends and brewing tradition. In the early 1990s, Sean and a
fellow engineering buddy proposed to start a brewery. The future brewery
didn’t have a name and, ultimately, didn’t launch. After many years, in
the back of Sean’s mind, there was always the dream of launching the
brewery. Now, the name of this local craft brewery, Mustang Sally
Brewing Company, is a constant reminder of the things in life that
matter, family, friends, the special moments experienced with them and
the dreams that ultimately come true. Mustang Sally Brewing Co. has a
deep respect for European brewing tradition, but at the core, it is
classically an American brewery that embraces the rich culture and, of
course, quality beer.Additional information can be found at: http://msbrewing.com.
