GLOVER PARK: Fish Fridays Through Lent at Casolare

Every Friday throughout Lent, Michael Schlow’s Casolare in Glover Park will offer a special branzino dinner for the table. The whole-roasted boneless Red Snapper is available during dinner service only and served alongside baby artichokes, radish, asparagus, fennel, kale and new potatoes, with cured lemon and olive-caper relish. The branzino special will be offered at $32 per guest every Friday through April 14.
