DUPONT: THere's a New Chef at The Riggsby

At The Riggsby, Caputo has been busy revamping the dinner menu, with additions such as Parker House rolls with foie butter, grilled Spanish octopus with fennel puree, citrus and hazelnuts, and a broken paells with chorizo, chicken, clams, mussels and crispy rice cake. The new dinner menu is complemented by a new dessert menu by pastry chef Alex Levin.
