PENN QTR: 701 Restaaurant Caviar Sampling - Ongoing Through January

This winter, 701 Restaurant is inviting guests to indulge with a sampling of caviar. Guests can savor four sampler portion caviar's accompanied by a glass of bubbly, or a shot of Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka, for $45 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

The offering is available throughout the restaurant during both lunch and dinner service. Featured caviar's are Tsar Imperial Ossetra, Royal Transmontanus, Trout Roe, and Tobiko Wasabi Roe which are served with the traditional Accoutrements of chopped eggs, crème fraiche, red onions, and potato blinis.
