WEST END: Park Hyatt Washington will Host a Winter 2016 Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine - February 6th

Park Hyatt Washington will host a Winter 2016 Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a seasonal culinary & beverage experience on Saturday, February 6. 

This culinary gathering salutes the ingredients, flavors, and talents of local chefs, regional artisans and sommeliers. On February 6, guests will join newly appointed Pastry Chef David Collier, and Blue Duck Tavern General Manager and Sommelier Joseph Cerione for an exploration of rich artisanal chocolates and bold wine pairings. Priced at $65 per person, which includes a tasting of four wines paired with four decadent chocolate treats. 

Guests will take home chocolates made by Chef Collier to pair with suggested wines to replicate the experience for their loved one this Valentine’s Day. This intimate event is limited to 14 guests and reservations are required.
